Confectionery Patisserie


The competition focuses on the role and skills of the professional pastry chef. This includes the preparation and cookery of a range of patisserie and confectionery commodities and dishes which reflect both contemporary and traditional trends.

The format of the competition will follow national competition guidelines as defined by the World Skills organisation and the National Patisserie Associations across the UK.


This competition is run at Skills Competition Wales and WorldSkills UK level.
