Restaurant Service


The competition focuses on the role and skills required in the professional Restaurant Service environment. This includes the service of a range of food and drink commodities offered in contemporary and traditional Restaurant Service environments.

The format of the competition will follow national competition guidelines as defined by the World Skills organisation and Professional Food and Wine Associations across the UK.


This competition is run at Skills Competition Wales and WorldSkills UK level.
